After a worrying season, the Utah Jazz seem to be back in great shape. Winners of 5 of their last 6 contests, it looks like this team is quite the contender we thought they were if their key players are available.

The NBA calendar gods rewarded the suddenly booming jazz with a sweet march. As long as the injury gods are willing to cooperate, the team should have plenty of wins next month.

Of course, they can’t. Predictions are a dumb business in the NBA. There are so many unpredictable variables that could change the outcome of these games.

Think of us as fools. Here are our win or loss predictions for every Utah Jazz game in March.

March 2: Utah Jazz vs. Houston Rockets

Rockets rookie Jalen Green is starting to turn a corner. Assuming, that is, we don’t factor the dunk contest into our performance. The freshman sensation is averaging 17.2 points per game in February while shooting 48% from the field and 41.7% from three-pointers.

The future looks bright in Space City. No matter. It’s the present that shines in Salt Lake City. We all know the Jazz should have no trouble with this game.

March 4: Utah Jazz vs. New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans have been without their most important player this entire 2021-22 season. If the recent rumors have any substance, they could be without him much longer than that.

The Jazz have had their own complaints about injuries this season, but they haven’t had their franchise player on the shelves all season. As a small market team, they should sympathize.

Just not enough to refrain from hitting the Pelicans on 4.
